Core-Existential Psychotherapy
Welcome
Why Therapy?
One of the most pressing existential issues facing humanity is “relating” to both oneself and others. Therapy is about learning how to maximize one’s adaptive and relational skills to such an extent that one’s view of self, others, the world and the future is more positive and more in harmony with self. Therapy will provide you with the space and safety to talk about your inner life and process your emotions and thoughts at your own pace.
Why Me?
I became a therapist because of my profound concern for the human condition and interest in how a person’s emotional life impacts not only themselves but also everyone with whom they come in contact.
My life-long interest in philosophy and study of law bring an approach that is focused on the human condition and its existential issues, such as the interrelationship between mind, spirit and body and the importance of logic in gaining insight and developing reasoning skills in order to cope with uncomfortable emotions.
Together, we are going to learn that improving one’s relationship with self will lead to positive changes in all your life areas, including intimate relationships, work acceptance and cultivating long term friendships while maintaining your self-esteem in relationship with others.
